Whatcha got in mind and how wide is wide??
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
more or less....
narrow's for trim/cab's ...
wide's for utility stuff.
what ya gonna staple?
Just today phoned in my order for ..among other things.... a senco sls20(?)
Think that's the model number. It's their narrow crown in the oil-less version.
Lotsa more expensive(about $220) the the oiled.... but I like my guys oil free if possible.
A buddy had the PC narrow ... think it goes for about $90 .... I used it plenty ... not sure how long he's had it ... but worked fantastic ... expecially for that price.

I love my SLS20. Bought it a little over a year ago. Looked at several different brands. The Senco was the only one that felt right. It's a great gun. Among its other uses, I've fastened drywall corner bead.
my immediate use would be some lattice, originally factory built with narrow crown, but needs repair.
since i don't want to spend a bunch of money on a one time use, would like to have other uses for it.
follow along most threads here but don't recall anything talking to when to use which type stapler.
i know i can rent a narrow crown, but i am a tool junkybobl Volo, non valeo
I just got the Bostich SK 150 narrow crown stapler last week.
I had to use it for 1/8" plywood panels on to 2x4 frames, and to attach cedar lattice. Oil-less, and it works great.
I usually buy Paslode nailers but the price & availability were right. I'm not a super heavy duty user of staples so far, but the only thing I have to get used to is not firing on "bounce", since it does not drive the staples home, where if I set it against the piece and fire, it goes home.
Not expensive, either.Quality repairs for your home.

underlay, back panels on cabinets, some sheeting applications, think you can get a guide to align for KV adj. shelf runners, casing if you like the factory look.Remodeling Contractor just outside the Glass City.
