   Those thingw do run on the large side! I have to wear my longjohns and cinch the belt up tight to wesar same size I normally get in normal pants.

   Be thinking about weaaring them in the ghetto

   Well, you could probably get a pair in 48 x 30 if that's what it takes! I just know they're too big for me. The great news is that I haven't grown into them.

   They're on their way to New Yawk this afternoon.

   I'd be tempted, but.....I'm not quite down to a 40" waist, although I've been trying. And I'm afraid you might have farted in them.(-:
   Why aren't there bullet-proof pants?

   "I haven't grown into them."Time can fix that problem, ya know!I was once a lean mean 28" waist and gained some weight so I moved up to 30 x 32. My little brother gave me some 34" pants that he had grown out of and after they sat around for a couple years, I decided that I would never grow into them and I gave them away.Now my 36" are tight on me

   It's a funkin' curse, I tell ya. Sorting thru the attic this winter I found some photos of me at the beach on Long Island in about 1981, back when cutoff jeans were the bathing suit of choice. I think I wore 30x32 then. Oh, and I had a 19 year old girlfriend, she was pretty hot.

   Anyway, if you want to feel young again, buy some Skillers pants. If you're tight in a 36 Carharrt you can order 32 Skillers and pretend you're a stud.

   That's one of my pet peeves. These manufacturers always want to get the big edge over on their competitors but nobody dares come out with size 37s. 35s, 39s.

   36 tight 38 loose and suspenders always want to tug at the neck sooner or later.
