I am looking for a sealant to cover concrete deck on second floor above first floor. The existing covering is of rool roofing and failing. Can anyone recommend a product that can be walked on or even withstand table and chairs. A friend had heard of a product named Gaco, has anyone used this? The deck is about 10′ by 12′ with a drain on one corner. Can a membrane style roof be trusted if regularly walked on? All suggestions appreciated.
