Need to find a good builder in northeast Georgia, Athens area ( +/- 30 miles or so ).
We sold our house last week and we’ll be in GA May 2nd for a week to begin looking.
We’re going to be looking at property and existing homes. If we can find a good quality minded builder, it might tip the scales towards building a new home.
We’re thinking of a craftsman style home, about 2,500 sf. on a 5 to 10 acre site.
Any help with a builder, or information about the area ( good or bad ) is appreciated.

I just don't know anyone - the only builders I ever hung out with were here on BT. I try not to get my hands dirty anymore now that I are an engineer again, and do secret R&D things.
