I’m looking for a legitimate, no-nonsense contractor to do an addition for me in the Silverlake/Echo Park area.  I need to demo a chunk of house and a garage and replace them with a larger chunk and garage.  It’s hillside (minor slope, but hillside nonetheless), it’s not more than about 600 sq ft  + garage, and it will be about 5% remodel and 95% new construction.  I’ve got a floor plan ready for engineering.  If you’ve got local references, know how to work with truss joists, and are ready to go right now, then perhaps we should chat.
