I used to have a helper (owners son) that would get mad at me and call mommy up and she would pick him up and take him home, of course he showed up the next day!!
Yeah, remember the days when you only had to manage tools and materials, not people? Sometimes, you probably made more per hour then, too.
In what other business do you need
To be a craftsman, accountant, salesman, negotiator, quality control, safety expert, tool repair person, customer service pro, shade tree psychologist, and baby sitter all within one skin?
Just about every business.
