HIs niche is remodeling condos in high rises on the Gulf of Mexico. Projects range from about $50K to $1.3M with the average being about $250K or slightly less.
They generally work from 8: AM to 4: 30 PM – not Saturdays. Truck provided and good benefits.
It’s a smal company – about 6-7people now including office, salesman, and field staff doing about $3M annually.
