Do they have to be full goggles? I have a pair of plastic "glasses" which allow me to wear corrective reading glasses under them. They're pretty big and have side protection too. I've been using that type for everything but welding for many years, no complaints. OSHA approved.
I'm doing overhead drywall cutouts, so they need to be goggles.New knowledge is priceless.

Not fer nothin' but I've hung quite a lot of rock, more than my back likes to remember. I've found that standing to one side while cutting overhead is a pretty effective way to keep the dust out of my eyes. Of course the scaffold needs to be a the right height.
I have this combo of safety glasses/hearing protection and like it. No problems with fogging for me

No - really - I've had good success using Rain-X on the insides of the lenses.

I used to use RainX on the inside of my motorcycle helmets. Worked great. In fact, I found it to worker better than FogX, which was supposedly formulated for the application.
Spit.
Or, if you are dry mouthed, use an antifog you can pick up at any scuba diving shop.
Spit, wipe, rinse with clean water and dry with sight saver tissue you use for glasses.
Same routine with scuba anti-fog.
Both good for about 2 hours.
Ok, I have been reluctant to post because I didn't think anyone would believe me but... A buddy of mine snow boards a lot and he suggested this stuff called "Cat Cra*" - (add a "p") I thought he was jerking me around until he brought me some and sure enough - works great.
I have not seen the stuff local but you can get it at Amazon or other places. Just do an internet search.

Run them with a dryer sheet.
I got safety glasses with side shields. Not quite as good a lab-style goggles in terms of keeping the carp out of your eyes, but they don't fog up nearly as badly.
