Hello guys, I’m putting fiberglass batts on this attic. Do I have to cover the electrical boxes and light fixtures (see pictures) with something to keep the fiberglass away from them, or can I cut the batts around? Thank you for any answer or suggestion.

I think you are ok to insulate right up the the boxes.
you might take some time to seal them up before you insulate over them.
probably want to know what is attached below.
Thank you very much. Under them there are the outlets for the electric garage doors and and the round ones, regular light bulbs.
what are the ratings for the light fixtures?
I didn't see any stamped value. I'll look better tomorrow.
Those aren't can lights, just ceiling boxes (wire connection inside, but the light fixture is below the drywall surface)?
Four are ceiling boxes and two have a light bulb for the garage illumination.
Yes, the lights are these.
One thing to look for is if the cable going to the light box is NM or NM-B.
The 1984 NEC required the temperature rating of type NM be raised from 60C to 90C (from NM to NM-B)
Light fixtures sold today are almost always designed assuming the higher temperature rating for the house wiring at the connection.
