“new” 10 year old Timberline roof shingles still usable?

I have 3 squares of Timberline 30 year roofing shingles left over from roofing my house. They are aproximately 10 years old, still in the original wrappers and have been stored in my garage. Are they still viable to use on my new shed or should I throw them out and buy new. I don’t want to be penny wise and pound foolish 🙂

Unless they've been stored in an area which is heavy with petroleum fumes they should be fine. If there's a problem you won't be able to peel them apart.
Thank you for your advice. They have been stored in a stack on top of a clean concrete floor, with no real exposure to petroleum fumes. I opened the top package and the shingles are still flexible and aren't stuck to one another so I was hoping that they are still good to use.
