Here is a link to my homepage if you are interested in seeing our building a little farther along. I posted two other sets a couple of months ago. It has been a great challenge and I’m looking forward to some less stressful times in the near future. I have a couple of small jobs slated. One is an Ipe’ deck I’m looking forward to building. I’m slated to begin a sister building to this one that will be a little larger in January. I still have a week or two of punch left on this one. My cousin is taking the bulk of my guys for the interim so I’ll be able to keep my crew together.

just busy. I'm glad to wrap that thing up. I've got a couple of small things in the cooker. Then a sister buildng to that one, breaking ground probably end of January.

The target range is $550 / foot. Some of these are priced just under, and others are just over. But I don't think anything is over $580 in this building. The market is a little stagent here, after a couple years of rapid property appreciation. The is alot of property for sae right nowand there are 90000 more condo units slated for next year. At least to my understanding so take that as here say. But as we all know there are many, many variables and I could go on for pages about what I think are the reasons behind the flat spot and what I think will be the key to staying in business in the future. But what do I know I'm just a nail banger. Thanks I'll put a few more up, of the winders when they are finished and one of the facade when its 100%.
