New Construction LED Recessed Light

What is the best method for installing LED recessed lighting in new construction?  
What am I missing? Are these my two options?

Option 1 – Conventional new construction can with a retrofit LED trim/light
Option 2 – The trim/light with drywall clips and its own driver

10′ ceiling, prefer baffle trim

I feel like I’m missing something.

    I used your option 1 and dont regret it. I guess there are newer better ways...

    Option 2. You can run wire to the spot of the first light and then come back after drywall is finished and daisy chain the rest. If you will not have access after drywall they make a rough in bracket.
