Looks like the lifting of the house probably won’t be done until the spring. I already have a permit to tear up old flooring, level joists, sill plate etc., install subfloor and new floor. Would it be a mistake to do this prior to the house being lifted? I figured I could do it over the next few months, once the floor is out I could wheelbarrow or Dingo in fill for under the house, which would fix the pooling water problem, maybe even put some temporary plastic vapor barrier down. The floor is not level but that problem stems from the beams under the joists which are tied into the hearth. I think I can fix that once flooring is up. Any thoughts would, as always, be appreciated.
Thanks
Kevin
Happy Thanksgiving!

I wouldn't do much of anything until the house is sitting on a new foundation.
Sort of figured as much. Thanks as usual, have a great day tomorrow.
