I’m looking for residential jobs in the north bay area ( Marin, Sonoma), possibly northern end of SF or east bay. I’m in the process of getting my B license in Ca. My test date is in two weeks and I’m told  it will be a couple of weeks after that (barring any unforseen brainfarts)   till I am able to contract. I was a contractor in AZ and moved to CA about a year and a half ago. I worked as lead carpenter/project manager for the last year and a half for a general building high end custom homes in southern Marin.

I have  fifteen years experience and do quality work. I have tons of references( from every employer I ever worked for, and almost every client I’ve had).

I am willing to work harder and produce higher quality work than my competitors for the same or less money. I am dedicated to building a good reputation, as referals were my main source of work in AZ.

I am skilled in everything from foundation to finish, and have an excellent carpenter and helper I worked with extensively ready to jump on board as soon as I get my license. I have also built strong relationships with all the necessary subs and suppliers in the area.

I am willing to contract directly with clients or sub for other contractors.
