I want to build a house for myself (2,000 sq. ft.) and a detached workshop (48’x48′) in New London, NH. Have plans and permits, lot cleared. I would like to find someone to build the buildings thru framing, closed in, windows, and I plan to do the interior finish.

The workshop wants to go up first, ideally this spring or early summer. It is a simple building, should be no problem. The house is somewhat more complex–hips, dormers, a Craftsman-style house.
