Was at Homer today and found the new table saw made by Ridgid.
looks like it is meant to compete with the Dewalt 745. Same size, weight and features; except the Ridgid has a rip of 24″ vs 16″ for the Dewalt.
I have a 745 and really enjoy it, but the 16″ capacity isn’t enough some times. I have no experience with Ridgid’s power tools (only their plumbing tools). Just how good are their saws when compared to Dewalt and/or Bosch?
The new Ridgid looks good, but i thought the fence was a bit too easily knocked out of sync. If anyone has used this saw i would appreciate the feedback.

I have had one for a couple of years. It gets moderate use and I am quite satisfied with it. I hate to admit it here but I upgraded from one of those $100 economy junk saws so it was a big improvement. I haven't had any experience with any competitive saws to make a judgment compared to DeWalt or other name brands.
