Just finished installing American Std. Cadet 1.6 gpf toilet. The supply line has lots of flow & pressure (tested it) but the tank will not fill. I changed the adjustment screws thinking this might help but alas, no flow. This “new” toilet has sat in a garage the last 18 months awaiting installation. Could this have damaged or altered it? Are there any hidden plugs or baffles on new tanks? I would appreciate any assistance. Would like to start the year with a success.
