This East facing wall was recently sided and after about a week this is the result of the install. The panels are all able to side freely from side to side. It was extremely Hot during install and during the past week. Any Ideas on what could be done to correct this issue ?

The buckling means the siding is too tight somewhere or missed nailing. Over driven nail, lack of a nail in a run, butt joints too tight or overall run stuffed into the corners.
How to correct? Remove and rehang properly at buckle or the whole side.
So can I reuse these pieces or should they be replaced ?
Yes you can unless you booger them up removing them. There is a small hand tool that will hook up under the bottom lip of the pc. and allow you to unhook it from the pc below. That’s a good tool to start with. Might help unlock the remainder pcs.
Unhook the top pc and remove the nails with a flat bar and work your way down…..
Google removing vinyl siding and I’m sure there’s info. Do it when it’s warm, if your carefull you shouldn’t ruin anything.
Or
Call the guy that put it up and express desire for a warranty!
Edit: Stranger things have happened. I once found an errant nail behind a homeowners diy siding job. That only cause a bulge in a cpl pcs of siding.
I recently found a couple of nails sticking up under vinyl siding on the side of my garage. They were just in the right spot behind where we keep our trash bins so that when you throw open a bin lid it hits the siding and forces it against the nails. Over a few years of this happening, the siding has cracked over the nails.
I first thought the nails were driven too far from the inside to hang something but now i'm wondering if they were put there intentionally to hold the vinyl siding in place off the old wood siding underneath. They're not at the top of a piece but the middle of a "plank."
Found a handful of nails like this after pulling some panels.
