I’ve got an older house with aluminum siding. The siding itself is in pretty good shape, but I want to add some vinyl windows. How do I go about dealing with the siding? Do I need to special order aluminum trim pieces? And should I order windows with or without a flange? Please advise.

Window with a flange. Take the siding off where window is to be installed. Install window and make your own flashing for top and sides. Reinstall siding
