Hello, Im installing couple new windows and I have a couples question, what kind of materials are you guys can recommend me to use for the interior window jambs and for the exterior window trim. thanks to everybody.

Rather hard to answer the question without knowing what's on the other windows.
But, you mention interior window jambs-the windows if new, usually have a jamb. If you are talking extensions to those jambs to meet up with the interior plane of the wall-then whatever you intend to do with the wood might be the deciding factor. In addition, what's available in your area.
If painted-poplar makes a nice finish for painting. You'd probably stay with no knot clear wood. Clear pine is usually higher cost than poplar.
Exterior-again, what's on the others? You can use composite trim, pvc, or woods such as cedar, cypress, or others that stand up to weather.
Your biggest concern should be on the install itself. You don't just nail the window unit on the house. Read and follow the hopefully complete directions from the supplier.
