Its impossible to see but is there light cast down on the steps ( if any ) ?
Safety is important also. We had a job providing lighting down a transitioning walk of limestone slabs that replaced those dim landscapes lights that were popular. World of difference for safety.
Good point, Calvin. There is one riser twixt the walkway and the porch (no true step). Though not clearly shown, the riser is lit at night.
