I was going to say I use my hands...but thats just sophmoric.
Get ridgid.
Thanks.
The ridgid the I found on Amazon has stepped shoulders and fits several sizes of pipe. Is that the one you are thinking of or the straight one.
I've used the cam style before with good results. This weekend I had to use an easyout style I borrowed from a diesel mechanic.
I need to get a couple sets to have on our service trucks, becuse when you need them, you need them now, and none of the local merchants stock them any more.
I've had good luck with the straight ones, but they do have to be tapped in, which can sometimes be impossible. Probably the cam type are best all around, but they aren't as strong as the straight fluted ones. I haven't used the easy out style, but they may be pretty good too. That stepped one is probably not one I would choose, but I dunno, might be the cats meow. Doubt it though. Some of those nipples are really STUCK, and need some serious torque to come loose.
