I have been using a product from Columbia Paint called Pure Coat. The stuff is AWESOME. No VOCs, very low odor, BETTER COVERAGE and less dry time than their other premium products.
Yeah, I am paying a little more (about $33/gallon for custom colors) but it is so worth it for occupied houses.

I've been using SW Duration - it works so well on my ...interestingly patinated...walls & trim that I haven't looked elsewhere, although SW, as well as lots of other makers, produces a line of specifically low-voc paints.
I'm just a DIY homeowner doing a bit at a time - no production work here...
