I am remodeling three baths for a client, plumber installed new baseboards, now the homeowner says she hears water running in the pipes, I hear it too like water running in a waste line. Plumber says it is what it is,, he bled the lines twice, no good. The system in my house is noiseless which leads me to believe something can be done – any opinions?

There is air in the lines, a better job if bleeding needs to be done.
If these are new runs, a bleeder elbow could have been piped in the lines at the highest point. That would have helped.
If the system is piped propley the line can be purged to push all the air out.
If a new cir. pump was installed also could be a velocisty noise from to large of a pump moving water to fast. Or a combination of both.
My bet, air!!
