Number of stringers for Trex Transcend

How many stringers would you install for 5′ wide steps made of Trex Transcend? Thanks!

    thinking you want to go 12 inch on center to prevent bounce - 1 1/2 inch or so overhang at the ends
    good luck

    You need 6, including the outside ones. Go on 12" centers.
