Traditional lime wash still has tons of useful applications.

I would go with the leather occidental bags.
I have the framers set, going on 6yrs and just
breaking them in, my workmate has the nylon set
3yrs and they are starting to frey at the seams.
Plus the leather set are pretty comfy when fully loaded.
Oxy pro framer or pro trimmer rig leather. Add a Prazi hook for the gun. Ditto on the last. I'm 3 or so years into mine and it's just getting to the comfortable stage.

Leather. I tried a Cordura bag once, just didn't like the feel of it. Too scratchy on my delicate hands.
I bought a new leather rig 6 years ago, it's still holding up very well.

I have the Diamondbacks and I love them. I used to have the leather Occidentals and loved those bags. I had them for years and had them resown a couple of times. When they finally died, I bought the green nylong Occentals hated them. The corners wore through in about 6 months and I just didn't like them.
I bought the Diamondbacks and I have zero complaints with them. I've had them a year now and they aren't showing any signs of wear.
Heres a pic of the bags I have. I have the deluxe framers.
Is there something you don't like about the Diamondbacks?

i checked the website and talked to them, they went out of business in march. i think i would have tried another set, but now i think i will try the oxy leathers.
thanks for the input.
They went out of business? Darn it. I hope these bags last a long time then, because I haven't seen or tried anything else I really like. Oh well. Thanks for the info.
I'll chime in for the leather. I love my Oxy framer set. Had 'em for about 4 years now. A little heavy but feel like a second skin after a while. Have thought about getting the double bag version from time to time.
