   I doubt there is an answer to your question. I'm not even sure if you mean to manage the space or what you'd pay to lease it.

   The locale, specific location, type of building, and other factors would change the answer.

   You can probably get a range by calling your local Board of Realtors, since property managers generally are members. They should be able to get you an answer or refer you to someone who does.
