I was down at the local home center, being pointed alternately to opposite ends of the place trying to find one object when I stumbled across this scene:
Employee on a lift, fully extended, gets 20′ in the air to realize the item is not where he is. . . SO HE STARTS DRIVING DOWN THE ISLE! While fully extended of course. There were no other employees helping him to maybe warn customers to get out of the way. In fact, in this picture is another employee who was searching for something himself, walking out of the end of the isle, see’s the guy driving down the isle 20′ in the air… and walks back in the isle continuing to look for whatever.
Sorry for the poor image quality.
To the guy’s credit. He did honk the horn occasionally as he drove down the isle. :-0

I wish the employees at my local HD's and Lowes were so motivated to work with such efficiency.

I did that when I was twenty working for K-Mart in their garden shop. After loading a pallet of manure on top of four others, i backed up and drove out of the fenced area with the forks still up.
I ripped off the overhead railing that housed the track for the traveling 12' high gates. Didn't earn my buck two ninety four that day. 8)
