Hi Everyone,
I believe I read some where that even Oil-less nailers should have just a drop of oil before the first use? I can’t seem to find where I may have read this and I was wondering if anyone has ever heard anything similar?
Thanks for any help.

it should be lubed with silicone grease from the factory. I don't recall oiling mine before I used it.

I have several oil less finish nailers and staplers that have had a drop or two of oil by mistake more than once. One at least is 8 years in use and I have replaced not a single seal in the lot, meantime the recommended daily oilers have mostly seen an over haul or two during the same period. Course they are mostly framing stapler/nailers. I don't present this as science but just an observation.
Never heard that one b/4.
