note the hand crank!!!
I wouldn't offer him any more than 750k !!
<<note the hand crank!!!>> That's why there are so many foundations with no houses over them.
Looks like it might be from the 1920s or 30s. I doubt it's worth much in the condition its currently in. Resurrecting that thing would be difficult.
.
The Lion's club I volunteer with has a 1941 Mack fire truck. It has a flat head straight 6, and has a crank. I've never tried to use it though.
Maybe you could buy it and make it look like this one:

BossHog,
I bought an old USA fire truck and resold it for $15,000 it was no where near as nice a condition as that one is.. Seagrave is a real find among fire truck collectors To the right buyer that could easily be worth $20,000 or more as it sits..
They just posted it on craigslist, 4500.http://portland.craigslist.org/nco/cto/1110170362.html
Boss they have these tractors , I took pics for you.He said the Ford came with the bigger engine and is rare???. I think the other one is a International. Why are front wheels placed different????.
There were some Ford tractors back then that had small V8 engines in them. But that one doesn't look that big. So I don't know what the guy meant. I'm not sure which tractor you're asking about the front wheels on. The Ford is a narrow front end, or "tricycle tractor".Some of the smaller Farmalls were offset a bit from center for better visibility when planting and cultivating. That appears to be the case with that model "A".
Here's another one, International Harvester FarmAll. Don't know how old it is, but its still in use. Note the lawn mower attachment underneath.~ Ted W ~

I've always said that the best reason to own a tractor is being able to give kids rides on them.(-:
Here's to our wives and girlfriends - May they never meet.
Hello Bobby,
Old fire trucks aren't worth as much as you might think. Parts are nearly impossible to find. Often they have to be reproduced from scratch. I've been in the fire truck business for 26 years and I've seen some fantastic restorations. It's possible if you have the time and money.
Two great resources are: The Society for Preservation and Appreciation of Antique Motorized Fire Apparatus in America...they are at http://www.spaamfaa.org They also have an extensive section advertising old fire engines for sale.
Another great source of inspiration is Andy Swift at http://www.fireflyrestoration.com
It's worth looking at the work Andy does even if you're not into fire engines. If he were a woodworker or homebuilder, his work would stand with the best of those published in FHB or FWW.
