Greetings;
WE’re building and I’m considering Electricon Demand hot water systems… Probably need 2, one for either end of the plantation… I knoe these are prevalent in Europe and it sure seems smart. Initial cost is a bit more and 20amp Electrical service is necessary per unit, but I like heating this stuff only when I need it… And those circulating loops (radiators) for quick hot water… Yuk
Please give me some direction
THanks and God bless- Sluggo1

I was so impressed with them after living with them in Asia, africa and europe that I entertained the idea of importing them. All the ones I used were gas, worked fast and flawlessly, and I could shower till prune time

I did not find any information on that brand, but most of them that I have seen require something like 60 - 100 amps.
When I tried using the electric ones, I quickly found that what works well enough in Fall really wasn't adequate as the temperature dropped (we're talking southern Canada.) The key is the capacity to raise the temperature of the input water enough at maximum flow. The manufacturer's first 'fix' was to add another heater so that the first pre-warmed and the second delivered but I think the Utility company vetoed that because of the size of the current.
We now use the standard gas-fired tanks (natural or propane depending on location), often for both the domestic hot water and RFH. The only electric ones I see are the point of service type, say, in an office kitchen but even these are energy hogs.
