You don't have to sacrifice historical elements of a house in the name of energy efficiency.

according to statistical analysis, "for some time now, bears apparently have been going to the bathroom in the woods."
Artificial pressure, exactly.Just put a big banner saying how much money you'll save and people jump for it. First thing I did was hopped over to Amazon and the same cord is $33 w/ free shipping. Advertising is a pretty amazing thing, or maybe the gullibility of the human brain is an amazing thing. I still remember a class on advertising I took when I was in high school. It totally blew me away. In my naive little world I never thought there'd be people actually trying to get other people to spend their money on things they didn't need, or make them think they're getting a deal when they weren't really. I didn't see the difference between that and straight up conning someone. Still makes my skin kind of crawl.Paul

Hah! Deb posted a comment on the site about the lower price at Amazon. I'm surprised someone at the seller didn't selete her comment."Put your creed in your deed." Emerson

That's because you get two cords for the $39.50 + shipping. Makes it look like a real good deal. And, perhaps it is.
Don't know how much the shipping is, though. They are all sold out.
Edit: Shipping - $8.61 to NW Ohio

I don't trust a site where they can't even pick up on the spelling from the picture they show of the product. (Extention) I know, call me picky:)
I didn't notice that when I first looked. You make a very good point. It's just those little things that gives away a rip off.
While I don't know if this site is dubious or not I mean know approval or dissapproval for it. Next time I'll try to at least get a few testmonials to validate.
