Depending on where you are, you might want to try Mountain Moulding, RR#3, Mountain, Ontario. Tel (613) 989-2415.
Contractors have used them on a few of our projects and their product was satisfactory. Like most suppliers, the bulk of their product is pine and oak, but I know they will mill cherry on request.

Fairbank Lumber in Toronto does a lot of custom milling. I don't know if they do cherry, but it would be worth a try.
I don't have their number handy, but they are up on Steeles Ave, between Dufferin and Keele.
