I have done flash and batt but not what your are describing. What I know as flash and batt is (in my applications) 2'' of closed cell and the fiber glass.
By ceiling do you mean the bottom side of a roof? or are you spraying between floors? Whats the reasoning behind not exhasuting your budget with either closed or open cell?
