In a bathroom with an open, two head shower, how far up the studs should the pvc liner go? ( Tiled walls and floor. ) 4′ x 6′ with one splash wall. What should the slope of the finished floor to the central drain be?

Typical pitch is a quarter-inch per foot.
The overall height of the curb will be defined by it's distance from the drain...plus the height of the curb. Pitch plus about 2-4". Depends on a few things. The membrane is usually run 8-12" higher than the curb. Depends on the size of the membrane material, I'll run it higher instead of cutting off a strip only a few inches wide.
