I have an old wood floor that I’d like to refinish and it’s my first time. Can I use a 4-head orbital floor sander instead of the usual drum sander from the beginning? Or is the orbital just not aggressive enough to remove any unevenness between the floor boards? I don’t think this floor has any anything done to it in 50 years.
