I’m starting work on plans to do a major remodel of a 1700 sq. ft. backsplit. I’ll need framing (including new roof structure), roofing, mason (cultured stone facade and maybe a fireplace), windows/doors, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring and tile, and maybe some HVAC mods.
I’ve done a couple of big jobs myself in the past but can’t tackle this one on my own so I am looking for some good tradesman in the Ottawa, Canada area.
Send me a message if you are interested. I should have plans ready for bidding by July. Work to start in early fall.

Depending on the size of job I'll travel just about anywhere. Normally we only go about 2-3 hours to muskoka to build cottages. Ottawa for a week or two might be nice. I would only be bidding on framing. So you'd still be looking for some other trades. You could probably find a g.c to take care of everything for you. May save you some time and energy. I'm sorry I don't know any one in your area. If I think of some one I'll let you know.
Thanks. I may want to add a storey so might be worth your while to visit Ottawa :) I'll send you a message when I'm ready for bids.
Sure, if you hear of some good GC's, let me know.

OK. Probably will have some a bit of flatwork to be done (steps, landing, side path) and maybe a garage slab. I've added your name to my list.
