Putting in an outdoor shower. view of mountains and lake in distance. Looking for some ideas, have research many designs but havn’t come up with something eye cathing. Any suggestions? Was thinking of a wine barrel design. Cabin in the mountains of Western, MD. Thanks for your suggestions.

How about some selected stepping stones leading to a blue stone slab?
I like to carry soap, towel, a bucket of hot water and a dipper out onto the deck of my cabin and pour it over my head, every once in a while.
When I was young and getting started I did it that way exclusively, winter and summer. Showers got pretty fast sometimes in the winter.

Saw an HGTV show once, where the guy -- a salt water fisherman -- had installed an outdoor shower that looked like a great white shark. Mouth open, head down, tail straight up.
When seen from nearby, it would look like the occupant was being eaten. From a distance, it probably looked like a huge fish on a line.

This Old House magazine ran an article on several outdoor shower designs, it was at least a year ago, might do a search on thier web site.
i would go with a frameless glass enclosure.
