Inside? Just heat the bloody place.
Outside? Read the label on the glue can.
*Over Durock, I'm assuming you'll use thinset?Thinset, grout, for the most part all portland-based products, require a minimum temp of 50 degrees for installation and curing.
*Well not always +50F. Just like cement can be mixed for colder. But you gotta follow the directions.
