I picked up a seal for the bottom of my overhead door recently. The goal is to keep out all of the blowing rain that finds its way under my door. The concrete is less than than perfect under it. Has anyone had any experience with these gap seals, good or bad? Thanks for the help. I might consider returning it if they have limited success.

Use a combination of a new bottom seal and the rubber curb that Overhead Door sells. The curb glues down to your slab and your door sits on it.
