I don't know. I was hoping someone with experience in boilers might offer some path or direction. The boilers used to heat 33,000 sf of space but we intend to install new individual heating and cooling systems in each condo unit. These boilers are "surplus".

Call your boiler inspector, let him know that the boilers are out of service, will save him time trying to do the next inspection. Ask him if he knows of anyone needing a good boiler.
