Neighbor lady wants a wooden porch and a concrete stoop painted on her house–just the parts you walk on, no posts, railings, etc.
I know I’ve seen Floor and Porch paint, but is that only for wooden porches? Could it be used on the stoop? Total combined square footage is probably 100-120 sq. ft., so ideally she’d only have to buy one product for both, rather than paint for the wood and epoxy or something for the concrete.
Both porch and stoop have been painted in the past few decades, but paint is peeling and not in good shape. I’m guessing it all needs sanding, a TSP rubdown, a coat of primer (Kilz 2 or 123 or something) and a few coats of paint.
Any thoughts from people who do more painting than me?

Porch & floor paint should be fine for the concrete steps. Latex paints adhere quite well to concrete. No primer is necessary.
For the wooden porch, I would prime any bare wood with an oil-based primer and top coat with Porch & floor paint.
Most likely, any subsequent peeling will be the old paint underneath the new coat, so the more of the old stuff you remove, the longer the new paint will last.
Thanks Don,I appreciate the reply. I'll try to recommend getting all the old paint off of the concrete for a good new bond. If it's not possible to get all the paint off of the concrete, should a primer be used?
If there's still a significant amount of paint still stuck to the concrete, then yes, use a primer (100% acrylic). Do not use an oil-based primer.
