   I was looking through my arsenal of FineHomebuilding magazines for the article on presenting the homeowner with a booklet of some sort at the completion of a project containing photos of project in various phases, materials used, user manuals for provided furnace, dishwasher, lighting, etc.  There is more to it, but I just can't find the article or what to even call it.  Thanks for any help.

   John Abrams wrote a book called "the company we keep" about his conctruction firm on Martha's Vineyard.

   He describes in detail a sort of "owner's manual" for the projects.
