I need to build rather large 2/2 double hung windows for a historic building. Does any one know of sources for all of the internal hardware to build these?

Hi Matt.
You might try two sources.
First, a local hardware store that has been in the neighborhood for some time, might still have some parts in the back room.
Second, go to ASK JEEVES at http://www.aj.com.
Hope this helps.

Try Clem Labine's Traditional Building. It is a monthly magazine and source book. They also have a web page listing manufacturers of traditional hardware for d.h. windows.
