So, it seems that Paslode does not make SS 15 ga. Fin nails. Does anyone use a Trimpulse and have luck with any other brand SS nails? Before I go and try Senco, or Porter Cable, or Bostitch?
For the time being, I’ll un-retire my Porter Cable trim nailer, and use the last clip of SS nails I have in it.
On the bright side, while talking wuth Floyd Tools, I snagged a Cadex Pinner, shoots up to 2″ slight head 23ga pins..but geeze, ya gotta buy 10k SS pins at a shot ( read $$$$$$$$$$$$) .
They’ll have 4k packs of SS pins in a few weeks, that would be cheaper so I could stock up on more varied lengths without spending all my lunch money.
I think Paslode dropped the ball on not having SS nails..thats just wrong.
Oh, BTW..McFeely’s was sold to Grainger recently, we’ll see how well that works out.

These guys have 23 ga. SS pins in a starter box, 6 lengths, 1000 of each, $40.
Is that paslode 15 ga. or 20 degree angled 16 gauge?
You can find the 16's here...buic

That's weird. Somebody on Knots just said the same thing. I just bought 5 lbs of #16, various sizes, ss Passlodes and the dealer never mentioned anything about them no longer being available.
If this rumor's true, I guess I'll have to switch to those depleted uranium nails. ;-)

I dunno..but I am miffed that I got a gun that has no SS nails. I'm skeered if I run a PC nail strip, it'll FU. I'm just lucky that way..(G)
Pretty sure I gave away all my old Bostitch nails, so I can't see if they would fit or not..ggggggrrrrr.Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks
