I get the message “Incorrect username or password
Either no user with the given email could be found, or the password you gave was wrong. Please check the email and try again.” about every two weeks when I try to log in to the FHB website. I do a password reset, put in the same password and it works again.
Am I the only one?

You were not the only one, there’s been a few others that I know of.
I’ll do what did before and call it to the providers attention. Best of luck.

I sent in a link to this thread. Hopefully there will be a reply posted here. Post as much information here as you can as to this snafu and maybe it can get resolved for all.
As with everything involving the internet, don’t hold your breath.
I use Google Password Manager. My FHB and Taunton Store passwords autofill when I log in. At least once every two weeks the login throws up when I try to get in. I submit a password reset, using the password in Google Password Manager, and that works.
I have used twitter to register this issue with FHB a coupe of times. No response.

It’s been reported and hopefully a person I’ve never met can get a hold of some site technician can get you fixed up and we might get lucky and the fix will be permanent for all!
