Got a few bad spots on the new boat. How do you patch these things?
Actually, picture 002 is not a ding, but if you look closely it looks like a gap between the hull and the fitting where the bung plug goes in. Should I squirt a dab of silicone around it?

hard to tell but it looks like your gelcoat is white with a yellow finish paint
you can make repairs with auto body materials or marine fiberglass repairs
if you want marine repairs...google Jamestown Distributors ...or...
West Marine
i would do a patch and paint....with an epoxy filler.... then paint the patch
you can also google on "Awl Grip".... upscale marine finish

Commodore,
These appear to be all gel coat repairs - toughest part is color matching - can take a lot of trial and error. Progressive dry and wet sanding follow.
photo 004 I believe is a pressure crack -something fell on / hit the hull at the center of the rings and caused enough deflection to pop the gel coat in the ring pattern - if this is on the topside, I would suspect someone's knee - probably not a big deal - inspect inside of the hull if possible.
The through hull fitting should be completely removed, cleaned and re-installed using a MARINE silicone sealant -- most silicones are not approved for use below the waterline, some manufacturers note this as "not for aquariums" -- West or similar marine supplier will have what you need.

Find some micro ballons to mix in the epoxie you put on vertical surfaces, keeps it from running. Again, West Marine.http://www.tvwsolar.com

The pressure crack is on the hull, looks like it might have hit the dock.
Looks like I need to find the closest West marine."Put your creed in your deed." Emerson

call the previous owner and ask if the hull was ever painted... that might be a refinish that has the holes
it's too thin to be the original gel-coat and there is usually a better bond between the resin layers and the gelcoat

West systems to fix...or color matched gel coat like has been mentioned.
Where are the blemishes on the boat? Location wise.
Maybe you could easily hide them with a stripe, a feature or a "wrap".
