Wondering if anyone needs a PE in the Westchester, New York area. I have a PE license in Architecture and would like to do some more residential plans.
E-mail me if you are in need of a PE.
Thanks..

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.

Ok...I'm confused- what's a "PE license in Architecture"???? I thought PE stood for "Professional Engineer", which differs greatly from "Licensed Architect".......
Bob
Yeah, whats up with that. Architects and engineers are on opposite sides of the nickel I thought. DanT
...........my guess............he's licensed to design residential buildings, not bridges, tunnels or sewer and water systems. It's Never Too Late To Become

There Architectural Engineers.
Have a program for it here at KU, can't tell ya anything more then that, other then that they were all very odd individuals.
No offence to the orginal poster.
Architectural engineering has been around for a while. In New York, a discipline was created which tests you in structures, plumbing design, HVAC design, electrical design, as well as contract law, construction management, etc.
Basically, we can design residences and light commercial projects or interior fit-outs.
I have been working on residential projects for quite some time, doing design builds of both custom homes and spec homes.
If anyone needs some plans, don't hesitate to contact me.
I thought it was Phiz-Ed.
Waddu we need a gym teacher for.
