Im looking to have these put into my house as replacement windows. Does anyone have them or installed them and have any views that could be helpful. Good or bad?

I don't care for anything with the name Pella. More from a lack of service after the sale than anything else. There are differing opinions here wich I am sure you will hear about.

A true story
I have friend who had Pella windows installed (I'm talking 12 windows) by their factory trained techs as they call them. At the first rain all the windows leaked.
After going round & round with customer service they finally agreed to come out and look at them after much discussion the rep said they would fix the problem as the tech who put them in was a new guy and they would send someone with more experience.
They did and that also failed. He told them to give him his money back and when the new windows he was going to put in by Harvey industries were done they could come & pick theirs up. Pella said they'd do it again he told them give me my money or get a lawyer long story I'll cut to the end he sued & won Hopes this helps you make a decision

Does your friend like the Harvey Windows? I have read here about the bad service with Pella but thiught at least someone would have something good to say. I will be calling Pella to cancel the consultation. Thanks for your time.
