I enjoy going to local parade of homes and homearamas to look at custom houses. I haven’t had any trouble in years past, but earlier in 2010 when my wife and I went to a parade of homes. I started to take pictures and was told no pictures allowed! I complied, but was very put off by this seemingly absurb request. The person showing it said the builder had ideas stolen by another build now he doesn’t allow pictures. I would think builders would want you taking pictures to remember their work. In the past I usually take the pictures of the house and then one along with the builder sign for future reference. If someone likes an idea not allowing pictures isn’t going to stop them from using it. Has anyone else ran into similar issues. Any builders care to chime in?
